Returns & Exchanges
We hope your items are just as perfect as you expect, but we understand that sometimes, that’s not the case. Please read through our returns and exchanges policy and follow the instructions to ensure a smooth and quick transaction. Returns & Exchanges are applicable to all purchases except special one-off sales/sample sales in social media accounts and/or website. Returns & Exchanges can only be done once.
1. To request for a return/exchange, simply fill up and submit the online form below within 3 days of receiving your package. Once we have received your request, we will schedule a pick-up of your item within 2 working days so make sure to have them ready. Pick-ups are done Mondays-Saturdays 9am-5pm.
2. For items returned because you changed your mind about your purchase
You will be given a store voucher code less pick up fee incurred (starting at P80 for Metro Manila and P140 for provincial). No direct exchange, you must purchase the replacement of your choice. The store voucher code has no expiry and may only be used once with your succeeding purchase having an equal or a higher value, no change will be given. Shipping fees are not refunded. The processing of store vouchers may take 1-3 working days upon receiving your returned item.
3. For items that were wrongfully sent or defective
You may either request for a store voucher code or have the right item shipped to you (subject to product availability; kindly indicate your preference in the "Additional Requests" text box located at the bottom section of the form). We will schedule a pick up of the item you wish to return within 2 working days so please make sure to have them ready. The whole return & exchange process should take around 5 working days from the time we receive your item.
4. All items will be subject to quality assessment. Please ensure that your items are unused, unwashed and returned in its original packaging with the tags that came with it. We reserve the right to deny a refund if an item does not meet our requirements.
5. This policy is intended only for Philippine purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns & exchanges for internationally shipped orders.
